The weekend varies through the sister channels of iFilm English, Arabic, Farsi and iFilm2. Therefore, the end of week falls on Thursday on iFilm2 and iFilm Farsi, Friday and Saturday on iFilm Arabic, and Saturday on iFilm English.

iFilm English:

iFilm English TV will air ‘Something Like a Miracle’ on Saturday January 20 at 22:00 GMT.

The movie is about three families who live in a building. One of the residents is a man who suffers from an incurable illness and a pang of conscience. Another family is formed by a wealthy couple. The man is continually working to earn more, while his wife tries to push him towards other aspects of life. And a romantic couple make the third family. The woman is expecting a baby, while suffering from a heart disease.

iFilm2:

A comedy movie titled ‘Pastarioni’ will keep your company on Thursday January 18 at 16:30 GMT.

Ramin Rastin has a fast food restaurant, but it’s being closed down, as the fancy restaurant across the street draws all the customers. His son, Hooshan, comes from Isfahan with high hopes and brilliant ideas to revive the restaurant.

iFilm Farsi:

Tune in to iFilm Farsi on Thursday January 18 at 17:30 GMT to watch ‘My Eyes for You’.

Marjan and Ali plan to get married. Marjan's cousin is also interested in Marjan and it causes conflicts in their lives. On the other hand, Marjan realizes that she has a tumor in her head and will not survive for a long time. She makes a huge decision of donating her body parts, especially her eyes.

iFilm Arabic:

Tune in to iFilm Arabic this weekend to watch a historical movie titled ‘Maritime Silk Road’. The film will come to you on Friday January 19 at 19:00 GMT.

It is about a man called Soleiman Siraf who, according to historical documents, was the first sailor to cross the Indian Ocean to China. His route was then called the Maritime Silk Road and many merchants took that route to get their merchandise to China. One of the passengers in this film is a young man named Shazan Ibn Yousof who keeps a log of the voyage. The Maritime Silk Road started in The Persian Gulf and continued into India, Thailand and China.

The channel is also set to televise ‘Waiting Girls’ in Arabic on Saturday January 20 at 19:00 GMT.

Saeed is a medical student who is experiencing a financial trouble. He is in debt and does not know what to do. Out of desperation, he marries a sick girl called Roshanak in order to get a marriage loan to pay his debts. They decide to get divorce after the loan is issued, but Saeed finds out that he does not want to leave Roshanak. Their plan is going on very well until it comes to light that there is another woman involved.
